Eligible investment. rokit invoices are issued with an itemised description suited to applications for support towards company digital transition, in particular under the RRP — NextGenerationEU and Portugal 2030, where subscriptions to artificial intelligence systems are usually eligible expenditure. Eligibility and the conditions of each scheme are set by the relevant managing authority.

Optional, quoted separately
- GPS devices: purchase of the hardware for the vehicles.

- Bespoke development: features outside the base configuration.
- Additional integrations: systems beyond those covered at implementation.
Out of scope
- Hardware: the drivers’ phones and data plans belong to the customer.
- Fleet and driving: the system plans routes; it does not manage vehicles nor answer for driving decisions.
- Source data: addresses and orders are supplied by the customer, who is responsible for their accuracy.
Data protection
The operation involves personal data of end customers (addresses and contacts) and of drivers (location during service). The customer remains the data controller and invokit acts as processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, with a written agreement.
Driver geolocation is intended solely for managing the operation during working hours. It is for the customer to inform its workers and to meet the obligations applicable to monitoring in the workplace.
Access is defined per user, with an operations log.
International transfers are carried out only with the safeguards laid down in Chapter V of the GDPR.
